Viewing Team Members Currently in the Bid Room

If multiple users are in the Bid Room at the same time, BidMatrix will show you where each of the other users are currently located, either in the Summary Sheet, inside a matrix, or within the Estimate Sheet. The project Summary Sheet includes a column labeled Active Users. This column will display other team members initials along side the bid package they are currently working on.
