Viewing/Changing Subcontractor Attributes Displaying in a Bid Package
As you click on subcontractors and any of their bids in the bid package matrix, you can see important information about that subcontractor. The information for each subcontractor displays in the lower right of the Details tab within each bid package matrix.
If a subcontractor has been set up with multiple contacts, you can scroll through the list of contacts by clicking on the right and left arrows in the contact information window.
The subcontractor attributes that display in the Subcontractor Details view are the default subcontractor attributes as chosen by your company's BidMatrix administrator. However, if you select the Choose Fields option, you can change the list of subcontractor attributes to display. The attributes you choose to view will display for each subcontractor, regardless of the bid package you are in for that specific project. Important: the attributes as defined by the system administrator will always be the default when creating a new project.
You can also change the layout of the grid that is displaying the subcontractor attributes. You can choose to view the subcontractor attributes in 1, 2, or 3 columns. This can be helpful when trying to maximize your overall bid package page layout.
