Reports

Using your SQL login credentials, you can use tools like PowerBI Report Builder to create custom reports that meet your company's specific reporting needs. BidMatrix will allow Report Definition Language (RDL) files to be uploaded and made available in the Reports option on the project Summary Sheet.

To add custom reports that you would like to be available from a drop down list on a project Summary Sheet, click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of any BidMatrix page. Next, click on the Reports option in the navigation panel on the left hand  side of the Reports page.

To upload a new report design (RDL) file click on the Add Report option on the Reports page. You then browse for the RDL file you wish to add. Next, give the report a name. This name will be used in the list of reports, available on the project Summary Sheet.

You can also download any report design, including the reports that are available by default with BidMatrix. Some users may want to do this for the purpose of making modifications to existing reports, and then add the report back to the list.

You can remove a report design from the list by clicking on the waste paper basket at the far right of each report.
