Locking/Unlocking a Bid Package

Bid packages can be locked and unlocked from within the bid package or from the Summary Sheet. From the Summary Sheet, click on the ellipsis and select the Lock option. A locked bid package cannot be edited while in a locked status. Notes can still be added to the bid package when it is locked, but none of the values or the subcontractor selection can be changed.

 

 

 

To unlock a bid package from within the bid package, click on the Bid Package Locked option in the upper right of the Bid Package page.

 

 

To unlock a Bid Package from the Summary Sheet, click on the padlock icon next to the locked Bid Package, or select the unlock option to the left of the Bid Package code.
