Importing Clarifications From Excel or Word

You can import your list of clarifications from either Excel or Word. This will allow you to have clarification templates that represent a standard list of clarifications for each trade. The template can be used every time you encounter that trade on a project. 

To import a list of clarifications from Excel, click on the Import Clarifications option on the Clarifications toolbar. You can then browse for the Excel spreadsheet that stores the list of clarifications you wish to import. The clarifications should be stored in Excel as just a simple list, one cell for each clarification. See the following example: 

 

You can also use the Import Clarifications option to import a standard list of clarifications from MS Word. See the following example:
