Choosing the Subcontractor Database in BidMatrix
BidMatrix provides three options for the subcontractor database that will be accessed when populating a bid package with subcontractors. You can choose to use a local subcontractor database that can be custom configured with the BidMatrix application. In Addition you can choose to use a ConstructConnect database (SmartBid), or BuildingConnected (an Autodesk application). You have the option to enable one or more the subcontractor database options. If you don't enable either the BuildingConnected or SmartBid subcontractor database option, the BidMatrix database will be automatically enabled.
To select which database you would like to use with BidMatrix click on the settings icon 
and then select Subcontractors from the Settings navigation panel. Then highlight the subcontractor system you will be using with BidMatrix.
