BidMatrix Default Reports
BidMatrix includes a list of custom reports that you can print as is, or download and modify to meet your company's specific needs. The RDL report designs can be downloaded using the Reports option on the administrative panel.
The custom reports included with BidMatrix include:
Bid Package Detail - Report listing each bid package, bid package phase, and their respective totals.
Bid Package Summary - Report listing each bid package and their respective totals.
Budget vs. Bid - Report listing the difference between the budget and bid totals for each bid package phase.
Matrix Separated - Report listing each matrix, includes all subcontractor bids and the selected subcontractor. The report prints one bid package matrix per page.
Subcontractor Usage .5% - Report lists every subcontractor whose total bid makes up more than .5% of the overall estimate. The report requires certain subcontractor attributes to be set up in the subcontractor database (Contractor License #, DIR #).
Unit Cost - Report lists the unit costs for each bid package budget, bid, and gross totals.
Clarifications Report -
Report list all the bid package clarifications and the subcontractor's response
for each clarification.
