Adding Notes to a Bid Package
To add a note to a bid package, click on the ellipsis icon to the left of the bid package code or right mouse click on any cell on the bid package overline row. Next, click on the Notes option to enter the note. You can format the note to include bold text, underline text, bulleted text, italic text, and numbered text. After entering the note for a bid package, a note icon will appear on the Summary Sheet to the left of the bid package code.
When you enter a note for a bid package, you can view that note by clicking directly on the note icon.
Bid package notes entered on the Summary Sheet will also appear within the bid package, under the bid matrix, to the right of the path analysis information.
