Adding a Bid Package to the Summary Sheet

To add a bid package(s) from the Summary Sheet, you can either click on the ellipsis on the Base Bid row, or right mouse click on the "Base Bid" phrase description in the column titled "Grouping". See screenshots below:

After choosing the option to Add Bid Package, you have the option to add a bid package that doesn't yet exist in the project, or choose from a list of bid packages that are already in the project, for example a bid package that might exist in another alternate.


When you select the option to Add Bid Package, you will then be prompted to enter both a bid package code and a description for the bid package. If you are adding multiple bid packages, you can select the Add and Add Another option in the Add Bid Package window. See below:



The bid package will then be added to the Summary Sheet and you can begin adding phases to the newly created bid package. See Adding Bid Package Phases.
